It’s like Christmas every time the courier rings my doorbell and hands me a box of books–MY BOOKS!
Rossellini’s Revenge Affair has arrived!
There’s nothing quite like holding your book in your hand, checking the dedication (in this case to a dear friend who acts as a first reader for me for most of my titles before I send them away to my editor and acknowledging technical advice given to me for the story), and flicking through the pages. Every time I do this I end up thinking “I really wrote that!” No matter what the trials and tribulations during the course of writing the book it all manages to come together in the end and makes everything worth while. I particularly love the cover of this book. It has to be my favourite so far. The art department have captured my hero and heroine perfectly.
As authors we complete art fact sheets, which are detailed in many ways, but limited in others. Sometimes I think we’re left wondering what the art department gleaned from our completed sheets but so far I’ve been extremely fortunate.
Rossellini’s Revenge Affair is due to hit the shelves in the USA and Canada in July, so make sure you look out for it!
