Yes, it was bittersweet. I was quite bereft when my editor told me her news. The worst of it, for me, was that she couldn't tell me until the day before she finished. I am going to miss working with her because she was just wonderful but I can't look back because my new editor is also wonderful and I've really enjoyed my interaction with her to date.
